'Plat Préféré' visits the MeBioS Biosensor Group
On December 8th, the TV-program 'Plat Préféré' of the Public Broadcasting Company of the Flemish Community (VRT) devoted an episode to Hergé, the famous Belgium comic strip artist of 'Tintin'. In this program, as the name suggests, the favorite dishes of the central guest are prepared by the Belgium TV-chef Jeroen Meus.
In the episode of Hergé, the favorite dish is a typical Flemish stew. One of the most important ingredients in this stew is beer. In the search for the perfect beer, Jeroen visited the lab of the MeBioS Biosensors Group headed by prof. Lammertyn.
