Digital microfluidics for aroma delivery

The MeBios Biosensor Group is actively involved in the development op (digital) microfluidic devices that can be used for the delivery of microscopic droplets in applications ranging from chemical analysis to biology.

In close cooperation with the Flemish Primitives these highly advanced micro fluidic devices were adapted for the delivery of aroma droplets to food, opening up possibilities for enhanced sensory experiences in molecular cuisine.
